Terms of Service
Welcome to LJ Dynasty Event Planner LLC. By booking our services or renting our items, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Reservation
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Dates are not officially reserved until the deposit has been received and the service agreement has been signed. All remaining balances must be paid by the deadline listed in your contract. Late payments may result in the automatic cancellation of services.
2. Damage & Liability Policy
Clients are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss caused to rental items, décor, equipment, throne chairs, backdrops, tables, or other items provided by LJ Dynasty Event Planner LLC during the rental period. Damaged, broken, or missing items will result in additional replacement or repair fees billed directly to the client.
3. Custom Design & Inspiration
Every event is custom-designed based on the client’s inspiration and preferences. While we strive to recreate inspiration photos closely, exact duplication may vary depending on product availability, venue space, and professional design adjustments.
4. Last-Minute Bookings
Last-minute bookings (requested close to the event date) require full payment upfront to secure services, logistics, and materials. Availability for rush orders is never guaranteed.
5. Vendor Liability
LJ Dynasty Event Planner LLC is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by outside vendors, venues, guests, or third-party services. Clients are responsible for coordinating with all additional vendors involved in the event.
