Setup & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Fees & Coverage
Delivery fees apply depending on the exact event location. We proudly serve Iowa and surrounding areas. Free delivery may be available within select zones, but additional mileage fees will apply for any events outside the Des Moines area.

2. Setup Requirements
Our team requires adequate setup time before the event begins. Depending on the package and scale of decor selected, setup may require 2 to 4 hours prior to the event start time. Clients must ensure the venue allows us access during this window.

3. Breakdown Services
Breakdown of décor and rental items may begin up to one hour before the event officially ends, unless a different timeline has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
