Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LJ Dynasty Event Planner LLC, we dedicate time, materials, and resources to prepare for your special day. Therefore, we enforce the following policy:

1. Non-Refundable Payments
All deposits and payments made to LJ Dynasty Event Planner LLC are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your event, no refunds will be issued for any payments made up to that date.

2. Rescheduling
If a client needs to reschedule their event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on our current availability. 
* Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original event date.
* If we are not available on your new date, the deposit and payments remain non-refundable.
